General conditions
10 days before check-in you will receive an email with a link to register guests' documents. I agree to provide the identity card or driving license or passport of the holder of the reservation and to provide the data of the other guests. The guest data will be sent directly to the lodged portal according to the regulations (Ref. c.1,2 art.109 T.U.L.P.S. - articles 1,2 D.M. 07/01/2013)

Fare conditions
STANDARD rate
At the time of booking, 30% of the total cost will be charged (excluding the tourist tax), the remaining part will be charged 7 days before check-in.
In case of cancellation within 7 or more days of check in, the deposit will not be refunded, in case of cancellation within 7 days of check in, no refund will be provided.

NOT REFUNDABLE rate
The full amount will be charged at the time of booking, this rate is non-refundable

SHORT STAY rate
